A one‑to‑one watercolour session is a warm, personalised experience where you choose the subject, the time, and the pace. Sessions can be booked directly via a website request, and they’re suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to confident improvers wanting focused guidance.

Your chosen subject is broken down into bite‑sized, manageable stages, making the process calm and enjoyable. You’ll learn the specific techniques needed to bring your idea to life, including washes, layering, colour mixing, texture, and those final expressive details that make a painting sing. Every demonstration and explanation is tailored to your learning style, with plenty of space to pause, ask questions, and build confidence.

One‑to‑one sessions offer the kind of attention and clarity you simply can’t get in a group setting — personalised feedback, step‑by‑step support, and a creative space designed entirely around you.

Prices start at £50 per hour.

Basic materials you’ll need:

• Watercolour paints (a basic set is absolutely fine)

• Watercolour paper (Saunders Waterford 100% Cotton) 300gsm

• A few brushes (round brushes in small, medium, and large)

• Pencil and eraser

• Water pot and tissue/cloth

• If I must cancel a session for any reason, then I will arrange an alternative session or offer you a refund for that particular session.
• Learners will only be enrolled on the course once I have received full payment for the course.
